Summer’s not slowing down in SA. February brings music, markets, sport and standout festivals across the city, coast and regions. Take a look at what’s on offer. 

SAGE: South Australia Game Exhibition

6-7 February

Get your game face on as SA’s biggest free gathering of video game developers, players and fans camp out at Adelaide Studios in Glenside. Try your hand at mind-blowing SA games, meet local creators, studios and developers, and check out how you can break into the industry. Last year saw a record-breaking 3000+ attendees, and this year is set to be even bigger!

Robe Run 2026

7 February

Hit the coast and feel the burn! The fourth Robe Run features epic distances for everyone: a 42km marathon, 21km half marathon, 14km run, 5km fun run – and even a 1km kids dash. Run across stunning trails, iconic Long Beach and seaside roads, then grab a medal and celebrate. It’s your perfect mix of fitness, fun and chill!

Fleurieu Film Festival

7 February

Lights, camera, Fleurieu! The 2026 Fleurieu Film Festival brings big ideas, bold storytelling and fresh Aussie talent to the coast. Expect short films, premieres, creative vibes and a buzzing crowd of filmmakers and film-lovers. Grab a drink, settle in and discover the next big voices in film, set against the stunning backdrop of McLaren Vale.

High Fever Festival

7 February

Head to the Hills and get your groove on to Adelaide’s coolest hippy psych folk’n’roll bands – back for a second year. Headliners flare-pant-party-rockers The Sundials will be joined by indie-folk superstar Ella Ion, cosmic trippers Sons of Zoku, sonic priestess Grace Vandals and more. Grab your mates and get ready for a fever-filled fun day.

Cyprus Festival

7-8 February

The Cyprus Festival is back, bringing food, beats and vibes for all ages. From epic local acts to special interstate performers, there’s nonstop entertainment, drool-worthy eats and plenty of sweet treats. More than 5000 people come together each year to celebrate Cyprus’ culture while embracing SA’s multicultural mix. Plus, your ticket helps fund community programs throughout the year.

LIV Golf Adelaide

12-15 February

LIV Golf is more than a golf tournament – it’s a summer party with drivers, DJs and drinks. Seventy-two holes across four days will bring more golf and more drama, while the post-play concerts are included with every ticket. Thursday night kicks off with Peking Duk, Royel Otis hits the stage on Friday, John Summit on Saturday, and FISHER closes out the event on Sunday.

Asia Street Food Festival by the Sea

13-22 February

Asia Street Festival By the Sea is back at Glenelg! For 10 days, the foreshore turns into a tropical night-market playground with smoky BBQs, dumplings, noodles, seafood, coconut ice cream and more. This year, Lunar New Year vibes hit the coast – lion dances, drum parades, firecrackers and a coastal village photo booth. Free entry, cashless, and packed with live performances, it’s perfect for mates, families and food lovers.

Laneway Festival

14 February

Get hyped for the ultimate summer music throwdown! This year’s fest will be headlined by breakout pop star Chappell Roan, with indie fire from Wet Leg, Wolf Alice, PinkPantheress, Role Model and more, plus cult favs like Alex G, Lucy Dacus and BENEE. Head along to the Adelaide Showground for a day filled with bangers, vibes and crowd-surf energy

Coonawarra Fringe

14-21 February

Wine, laughs and Fringe chaos collide at Coonawarra Fringe 2026. Think comedy clubs in barrel rooms, French cabaret among the vines, VIP tastings with a twist and sunset sessions on the lawn. Wander cellar doors, catch top Aussie performers and settle in for long lunches hosted by big-name comedians. Across two weekends, the region turns into a playful, party-ready festival playground. Uncork it.

20 February – 22 March

The biggest arts festival in the Southern Hemisphere returns for an incredible 66th year. The 2026 line-up boasts more than 1500 shows spanning comedy, cabaret, circus, theatre, music, visual art and more, with venues across the city, suburbs and regional SA. Catch Fringe favourite Reuben Kaye in full flow, grab a drink and settle in for Cirque & Sip, or have a howling good time at Dogs … A Canine Cabaret.

Women’s T20I

21 February

Get ready, Adelaide! The world’s best women’s teams light up Adelaide Oval in a mouth‑watering T20I showdown as Australia takes on India in the final game of a blockbuster summer series. With big hits, slick fielding and rival nations going toe‑to‑toe, this clash is set to be a can’t‑miss celebration of elite women’s cricket!

27 February – 15 March

The 41st Adelaide Festival – the first under new artistic director Matthew Lutton – is bringing a bold mix of theatre, dance, music, visual art and ideas from around the world. The 17-day program includes 59 events, 10 world premieres, 22 Australian premieres and 22 exclusives. British rock legends Pulp kick off the fest with a free concert at Elder Park.

Beachport Crayfish Festival

28 February

Get ready to go cray-cray with sun, sand,  and all the crayfish you can handle, while also enjoying local wines, beers and live music. Chill with family-friendly fun like face painting, giant slides, tug-of-war and laser tag. Food trucks, market stalls and cray-infused eats keep the vibes high as Beachport comes alive. Eat, sip, dance and celebrate SA’s legendary Southern Rock Lobsters!

SA Carp Frenzy

28 February

Reel in some fun at South Australia’s biggest carp fishing competition at Lake Bonney in Barmera. You don’t need to be a pro — or even catch a fish — to win. With $3000 up for grabs for the biggest carp catch, cash rewards for tagged carp and loads of spot prizes on the day, it’s a relaxed, family-friendly event with serious bragging rights. Cast a line, soak up the lakeside vibes and see what you hook.

Adelaide Motorsport Festival

28 February – March 1

Victoria Park turns into a full-throttle celebration of speed, sound and spectacle as fans gear up for thunderous V8 Supercars, classic touring cars, rare exotics and crowd-favourite challenges. Don’t miss Valtteri Bottas firing a historic Ferrari 156/85 Formula 1 car, joined by F1 legend Stefan Johansson in his own Ferrari. Off track, it’s all picnic vibes, food trucks, car displays and family-friendly fun. The event kicks off with a free Gouger Street Party on Friday night.
