Health takes centre stage in this edition of The Post, as we look at how a local footy club is tackling mental health, check out how AI is transforming our hospitals and discover top tips on how to get more sleep. Find out more here.

Footy clubs are often at the heart of our community. And, at a club like Willaston, it’s about more than just the game.

Most of the players are men and women under the age of 40 – the age group most at risk of suicide in South Australia. This is one of the reasons the club is tackling mental health head on. Grab a copy of The Post to find out more – it’s inside the June edition of CityMag which is out now. Check out where to pick it up here.

In fact, health is a recurring theme in Issue 4 of the The Post.

We look at how AI is transforming our hospitals, explore top tips on how to get more sleep (now that’s a must-read for this tired mumma!), and bust those pesky TikTok contraception myths.

And don’t miss our clever cost-of-living saves to help keep your wallet looking healthy too!

I still can’t believe you can get 60-minute massages in Adelaide for just $24! Time to book in…

Where to find The Post in print

You can find CityMag and The Post at a bunch of spots around Adelaide, from cafes to cinemas and everywhere between. Check out this map view of all the places you’ll be able to get your hands on one! Or grab a copy from the stand outside our office on 165 Grenfell Street.

The Post is a media partnership between the Government of South Australia and independent publisher Solstice Media, to inform young South Aussies – including yours truly – about the policies that impact their lives. We’re here to explain not just the ‘what’, but the ‘why’: why it’s happening, and why it matters to you.

So pick up a copy and discover a little more about what makes our state great!
