Introducing The Post … in print!
Share on FacebookShare on TwitterShare on Linkedin

We’ve jumped into CityMag with a print edition of The Post. Find it at cafes, shops and other venues across Adelaide now. (Did we mention it’s free?)

You’ve seen us on socials and in your inboxes. Now we’re in print, too! Here’s what to expect in our first print issue of The Post:

  • Unlocking the South Australian dream: How doors have opened for Isaac, Vanessa and Beau
  • Your guide to what’s on in spring
  • Green hydrogen 101: Your two-minute guide
  • South Australia’s First Nations Voice to Parliament: From the heart with Leeroy Bilney
  • And more!

Where to find The Post in print

You can find CityMag and The Post at a bunch of spots around Adelaide, from cafes to cinemas and everywhere between. Check out this map view of all the places you’ll be able to get your hands on one!

The Post is a media partnership between the Government of South Australia and independent publisher Solstice Media, to inform young South Aussies – including yours truly – about the policies that impact their lives. We’re here to explain not just the ‘what’, but the ‘why’: why it’s happening, and why it matters to you.

Call us biased, but we reckon South Australia is one of the most exciting places in the world to live. Our eastern neighbours might occasionally knock us (assumedly out of envy), but there’s so much about our state to be proud of – beyond the fact we’re supposedly the only place on the planet where a milk drink outsells Coca-Cola.

South Australia has long been a pioneer. We were the first state in Australia, and among the first places in the world, to grant women the right to vote. We are the first jurisdiction in the country to set up an Indigenous Voice to Parliament. We’re home to Australia’s biggest arts festival. We produce more than half the nation’s wine. We’re the birthplace of the history- making Julia Gillard, the world’s best Pale Ale (and Shiraz), Sarah Snook, Peach PRC, the Oodie, Sia and The Big Tuna (aka Kyle Chalmers). The list goes on.

This issue of The Post is filled with more examples of ways in which South Australia is leading the way. From smashing sustainability targets through our green hydrogen revolution to greenlighting the use of AI in schools, SA shows how it’s done.

If you think South Australia’s pretty wonderful to live in now, just wait to see what tomorrow holds.

The spring edition of CityMag and The Post is out on Friday 20 September. Find it at a bunch of venues across SA – check out the map here.
